Job Description :

  • Understand and develop knowledge of search engines and tour operators to add to the portfolio of company suppliers.

  • Engage in the development of new DMC partnerships, new supplier sourcing, new product sourcing (hotel), excursion, experience companies.

  • Develop and become a specialist in firstly one region and then move onto newer regions whilst continually developing agent's own knowledge and structuring the categorisation of suppliers into regions so that it becomes easier to filter supplier by Region, PP and services.

  • Develop a set method of communication/quoting within the department and with the departmental head so as to ensure that the customer communication and interactions are dealt with and acknowledged in the best way possible so as to be able to generate feedback on a personal agent level, as department and as a company.

  • Mastery of the above points whilst having developed a personal sales technique that gives the departmental head the ability to leave the junior agent in control for small periods of time of the entire department.

  • Allocations as per the sales channel, flash, website (3 rd party channels), f & f departments

  • Dealing with direct enquires and bookabletrips customers.

HR Functions and Duties

Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

ensuring smooth communication between Management & Employees and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also prepare daily HR activities and assist in coordinating policies, processes and relevant documents.

To work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates. Following our training sessions, you will also be able to manage the life cycle recruitment (e.g. onboarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.)
