Mastery of the above points whilst having developed a personal sales technique that gives the departmental head the ability to leave the junior agent in control for small periods of time of the entire department.

Check bookings loaded by admin on excel

Make file for Travel Magic seperate to Bharat Army payments
Chase & update invoices for all Bharat Army sub events for marketing & merchanding & record under specific events

HR Functions and Duties
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
ensuring smooth communication between Management & Employees and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also prepare daily HR activities and assist in coordinating policies, processes and relevant documents.
To work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates. Following our training sessions, you will also be able to manage the life cycle recruitment (e.g. onboarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.)
